Lora's September Menu Review

Well, I've gotten the chance to taste a number of the dinners this month and thought I'd share my findings!

The Quick & Easy Beef Stew was just that - quick and easy. Should add the word tasty too! That was a crowd pleaser. I put the stew in my crock pot and cooked it for about 4 hrs. I found that I probably should have cooked it a bit longer - next time it'll be in the crock all day. But yummy!

The Oven Baked Almond Chicken is awesome! What a great, easy dinner and fast too! The sweet and sour sauce is yummy and I used it on my Coconut Shrimp too! Make extra of this one and your family will love you all month!

The Coconut Shrimp was too die for! I just loved it!!! They were just sweet enough and have such a great flavor! I am not a coconut fan, but knew I'd love it because I loved our Coconut Chicken from previous months. And man, this one was the bomb! Love, love, love it! Will be keeping this one in the freezer at all times! Here's a great idea: keep this one in freezer for your next party! This is one excellent appetizer!

The Dream BBQ Chicken we had last weekend for a Labor Day picnic and it was perfect! Juicy, flavorful...just a great outdoor grilling chicken dish!

The Tuscan Turkey Medallions are one of my favs! This dish could easily be on any 5 star restaurant menu!!

The Caribbean Pork Roast I just adored! We had it months ago and I loved the seasoning so muh that I made extra to use on other meats. It has such a great flavor and the jerk seasoning really adds a nice kick. Not too spicy - but real flavorful! Takes me back to the Islands Mon!

That's it for now. I'll give more reviews later! Stay tuned......
